Id go with the paint and not the sheets

I have never heard of Hy tech. Sherwin Williams has a radiant barrier than reflects 68% of radiant energy.

Check out AtticFoil.com, best price I could find.

Once the foil type RB systems get a small layer of dust on them they can not reflect the heat anymore. Id stay away from these type systems.

For laying it on the ground, but not for stapling it up to the underside of the roof.

Roof trust prevent install on roof decking. With trust their will be a big gap and just a matter of time before dust accumulates on foil.

Respectfully I disagree from experience not just from reading. I didn't even realize I had it in my old house until recently. It helped a lot in the Houston heat.
