I have what is called ceramic thermal heaters in my home.I am not sure how they work and due to the previuos owner passing away , I was unable to get any info on how they work or how to repair them. My question is I have one in my family room that does not warm up....the other two have warm up and heat well , how do i trouble shoot them ??
