I need troubleshooting suggestions.
I have a 6150RF and a 6160 keypad. Neither will work when addressed as anything other than 16. Both are connected by short cable runs directly to the screw terminal at the panel. The only equipment wired to the panel are the 2 keypads, the sounder and the AC power supply. *190 is enabled.
When I set the address to 16 on the 6160, it works exactly as it should, but the 6150 (addressed as 17) cycles the following display: Ad, 17, 00.
When I assign the 6160 to 17 and the 6150 to 16, the 6160 lights up, but the display is blank and the 6150 works normally.
I have tried using other addresses with the same result, except the 17 in the display cycle on the 6150 changes to whatever its current address is set to.
