Hey Plumbing hotshots,
Two things have got me down.
1. My kohler single lever kitchen faucet is choking. It sputters and eventually stops a dibble of a flow. I am thinking it is the valve that switches between the faucet and the spray hose. Trying to pull the insides out I came to the second problem.
2. After removing the lever and some of the lose plastic bits the "bonnet" which keeps the cartridge down, Or at least what I assume is a cartridge, won't come out. Unlike the ones I have seen photoed online this one doesn't have flat edges to grip, and is made of plastic so if I crank on it id flexes and starts to break.

Any Ideas on what the overall problem and then what to do about this bonnet?
