having some major problems with my bike hesitating off the start and sometimes in 2nd or 3rd gear. Seems to run fine when first on it but once it warms up there is alot of hesitating off the start and about 5-10secs it seems to clear up and shoot off like normal!
I have had the Carb apart and everything looks fine! Cleaned out all the jets with Kerosine and compressed air. Adjusted the valves, timing is good.
Getting some blow back up the carb and onto the air filter as well, leaving a gas stain on the filter. Had the tank off and the air filter out while spraying carb cleaner down the intake and it happened several times!
if anyone can steer me in the right direction I would love you to bits!

Check the compression. If you're getting a blow back into the intake it would affect the vacuum there = hesitation. If it runs OK, but sporadically, what carburetor are you running?
