I am filling an area next to my shed (aaprox. 2ft X 6ft) at a depth of 4 in. This is .15 cubic yards. How do i know how many bags (pounds) of concrete to buy. Also, what is the difference between concrete and cement. Is one perfered over the other, or one better than the other for certain applications.
