I recently was given a Craftsman walk behind lawn mower. The carb was pretty gummed up and it owuldn't start. I cleaned the carb and it now starts first pull everytime.........but it only idles. RPM's do not change regardless of where the throttle lever is.....slow or fast.

Any ideas?

Does the throttle shaft on the carb move, or is it stuck in idle position?
