I have a Polaris 500 magnum that does not have an auxilary 12 volt outlet. I want to put a sprayer and/or a winch on it and install a switch to turn it on/off. Looking for Suggestions on how to install and/or what to get.

From battery positive, thru a properly sized fuse, to a relay. From the relay to to accessory. the relay to be energized by a switch.
That's the basic wiring route. You need to determine the max amperage draw of the accessory and size the primary wiring, relay, and fuse to fit. The switch and switch wires can be a standard accessory switch and 18 gauge wire.
