I have an INTERIOR room in my house that we're planning to stain the concrete. The concrete has already been etched, however, there are cracks in the foundation that stretch clear across the room. I would like to repair these prior to staining, but I'm worried if the concrete sealer will accept the stain. I have purchased a self-leveling polyurethane concrete crack sealer and have latex concrete stain that I'm planning to use. I live near Tampa, FL so I'm not sure that contracting/expanding is too much of an issue, but what I'm mostly worried about is the sealer accepting the stain. Can anyone offer some advice? If I have the wrong type of crack sealer, recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
