1. Offgassing: Do all manufacturers use formaldahide in the process of making the flooring?

No pro, but...
1. I've read not all manufacturers use formaldehyde. You can always ask them if they use it or not or check the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) which they're required by law to provide.
