Air Conditioning - fan won't start, a/c tries to start

Our wall unit will cool pretty good most of the time, however, here lately we've been leaving it on a lot since it has been really hot outside and it's beginning to freeze up a little.

Now when I try to turn on just the fan on the unit it just hums but it won't start. When I turn it over to cool it really don't want to start.

Is there anything else I can try?

Try giving the fan a little spin to help it get started, see if that helps. You can take a look at the capacitor to see if its buldging or leaking as well. Let us know.
