Bought a new pink leather tool belt.
Used it and dumb ol' me wore white pants. The dye color got on my pants (which I don't care about) but does the color "eventually" get worn away or do I need to treat this sucker with something?

You know, I'm not really sure about this. Carbona sells a color remover and I think I might try that first or try soaking it in some "bleach for colors" stuff (Clorox for colors, Snowny or Biz come to mind) along with a little detergent, then hang it out in the sun. The sun's good for bleaching, too. It may or may not fade on it's own.

Thanks Shadeladie :)
I actually didn't want to fade the tool belt nor remove the color. I just want it to "set in". Know what I mean? I guess basically stop from rubbing the color on whatever jeans I wear.

Oops, I misunderstood your question :o Thought you were talking about the dye that got on the pants :)
Go to a store that sells shoe polishes or even a shoe store and they sell leather sealer to waterproof it. Put a couple coats of that on. It might stop rubbing off on it's own eventually, but this will speed it up :D

I use mink oil, but my pants still turn pink from my tool belt
