Hello, this looks like a great forum, and i have been reading some trying to learn.
Our air was working fine yesterday morning and then we left for an hour or so and came home to a warming house. We live in the southeast and it has been 90+ for almost 30 straight days now and actually 100+ for the past week and a half. Since I am cheap and we have a place to stay, I haven't called a tech since it is the weekend. I would like to know what we may be in for.
The system seems to all be working except I do not hear the compressor kick on outside. Everything else from what I can tell is working except cold air of course . With no insight from a tech this may be to vague to help me. But anything would be appreciated.
Thanks

It could be a lot of things. Your question was too nonspecific. Let us know more. What happened?

Sorry to not repost sooner, it was a bad starting capacitor. The guy had it fixed in 10min.
