Hi
I just discovered two raisin-sized, slightly sticky dried stains on the arm of a leather chair. I rubbed them lightly with a damp cloth and scraped away the residue with my nail.
The spots are still there, though the area around the stain dried perfectly. Unfortunately the dark stains remain. No one in the family seems to know where they came from and what was.
After browsing this site, I'm worried that I used some water to remove the residue and shouldn't have. I didn't know!
Any tips?
