My son opened the rind of a chestnut and the juice has stained his hands, arms, and face. Any suggestions on how to clean the stain from these areas?

If soap and water don't do it, I'd leave it alone - it'll disappear in a couple days as the skin sloughs off. There may be solvents that will remove it, but I don't like applying such nasty materials to skin.
