I'm refinishing old and new pressure treated and stained deck boards over a new rubber roof (I didn't install it -- condo management did). What "sanding" process should I avoid and what staining materials would harm the rubber roof if they happened to drip during application (with sponge)? All advice welcome. Many thanks!
