Hi,
Sure hope someone can help us. DH and I are trying to avoid a service call and a high repair bill but we are n*e*w* to all of this. I have searched and searched the forums and we have tried some suggestions but still need help.I don't quite know all the technical terms so pardon me if I call something what it is not.
We have a Lennox that is leaking water where the furnace and plenum meet. We cut the drain line and used the Wet/Dry Vac but got nothing. We are thinking that it may be the drain pan or something? However, we can not get to the drain pan because the plenum is all one piece. There is a vent on it that my dh took off but there is a large, heavy coil-looking thing that can not be moved to look on the inside.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! It's getting a little too hot for comfort.
Thanks!

First filter clean ??? blower clean??? Big copper line cold and wet small copper line hot to warm at the outdoor unit??? Any ice or frost on that coil???or lines?? you do have to see if the indoor coil is clean.

*Filter clean-yes. We have been good about changing it although it was dirty when we changed it the other day.
*Blower clean-yes, it is now. It did have some cottonwood on the back of the unit and I hosed it down yesterday.
Indoor coil-no ice or frost and it appears clean
Big & small copper line-big line is cold and wet. Small line is cool to the touch. Does the unit need to be running awhile for that to get warm?

I really appreciate your reply. It helps with some of the frustration over this thing.
