I am install armstrong swift lock. Has any one use this product and is there a trick? I am haveing to pound them together and I think it should go together easier then what i am doing. they just dont sap together right and when I get the end I have to force the last peice in hard.

Hold the piece you are installing off the floor so that it goes in at an angle, not level to the floor. As you tap (emphasis on tap, not hit) the boards will sit themselves down. Tap from the open end and work your way toward the joint.

Pounding together a rotating lock floor, results in damaged flooring. Micro fracturing the surface and split T&G locks, esulting in a chipped and gapping floor later.
