what all will this program tell you. will it just tell you what size a/c you need, or more? thanks.

It will tell you the heat load and heat loss in btu's. If you want do size duct work you have to do a manual d.

Duct sizing is pretty straight forward. Once you know how many BTU you need, you'll know how many CFM you need. Then you size the duct to accommodate. I like to size for 500 FPM in the duct. That way it's nice and quiet.
