Hello
I am installing new vista-100 but I got the following error:974 dialer errors, I have field 3*30 00
31 PABX 00
32 INSTRUMENT# 0
33 PRI. PHONE 0
34 SEC PHONE 0
35 DOWNLOAD PHONE 0.

what should I do?

You don't enter 0 in the phone number zones to make them null. You enter *33*, *34*, and *35*. Once you do that the dialer is fully disabled. Right now, every time you trigger something that would send a report, the panel tries to dial "0".

Or you could go into zone programming and take 974 and 975. These two zones are supervisory fields, when there is no dial tone(voltage) above 25 volts you get these troubles. They are set as a ZT 19, just make em zero. Like Ron said you should also clear the dialer fields as well.
