Can a 69 yr old man get a 30 yr conventional mortg? He has excellent credit, owns 3 homes that are his personal residences? All homes are paid off.

If the question is about the age...of course he can get a loan. If he can't get a loan based on his age, that would be age discrimination.

If he's in the U.S., you can, as DIY said.
If not, some countries do stipulate that mortgages be paid off by age 70.
