i just installed a floating engineered hardwood floor over a DRIcore subfloor which sits atop concrete. I kept the baseboards in place when I installed the DRIcore and engineered hardwood and left expansion space in accordance the manufacturer's recomendations of both products. I will be using a 3/4 inch quarter round to hide the expansion space. Do i sit the quarter round on the hardwood when i nail it to the baseboard or should i leave space btw the quarter round and hardwood floor, say 3/16 of an inch? With the DRIcore subfloor, i am thinking leaving a space would be wise, if not then the whole point of using DRIcore is lost. Any thoughts?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Don't push it down hard, but it goes down on the floor.
