I was working on my car and dropped my 1/4" ratchet on the concrete floor (actually I got mad and threw it down on the floor), (smile).
The back of the head (the dial that allows you to change direction) popped off. I managed to find the dial and a pin but nothing else. It won't work now of course because something is missing. Can someone tell me what part(s) I need to get this back in working order?
Thanks

This stuff is too cheap - just replace it. You probably bent or broke something so that it won't work again anyway.

What brand is it ? Many are lifetime warranty.

I would be ashamed to return this for a new one under warranty, given how it broke. However, most of the companies that offer such a warranty don't really care what happened, they just give you a new one.

The brand is Truecraft 20130.
I kinda figured buying a replacement was the way to go, but just thought I would ask.
Thanks for the replies.
