I am having DuraCeramic tiles (not cold and soft and cushy) installed in master bath area. Walk-in closet is to the left and master bedroom is around the corner and to the right. Should the closet floor be the tiles or the bedroom carpet?

Sounds like the walkin is basically off the master bath, whereas the bedroom is around the corner. I presume the carpet ends @ the bath, then the closet, so esthetically, I would continue the flooring the way it flows, vs having carpet, tiles, then carpet again.
In our case, the whole upstairs in our home is the master bath, bedroom and walk-in...all carpeted.
Just my opinion.

No rules here, you get to decide. Get a couple samples and see which you like better.

As said, no rules. Our master bath is tile and goes back to carpet in the walk-in closet.

It's personal preference. I have ceramic tile in bath and carpet everywhere else
