We signed an AOS ( we are the sellers) on 8/10/07 in the am. The buyers have 10 days to have their Home Inspection completed and request any repairs etc....

Do they have 10 days from the 10th or 10 days from the 11th?

The contract states 10 days

Under most laws, the day starts at 12:01 am of the following day paper work was signed unless stated different in writing, which you would have signed. I might just note that sometimes Home Inspectors are very busy and may not get to it in 10 days. But the buyer or their rep will contact you telling you this. This is a common occurance. Hope you have a good sale.

Thank you Jack- makes sense. Everything is very smooth so far. The market stinks but we sold in 4 days, 5 bids, all over asking price so we thought they would try and bang us on the Home Inspection. Looks like they have till midnight tonight!
AOS states 10 days from the day we signed the AOS.
