Hi,
I hired a contractor to resurface my pool patio. The used a "resin-reinforced concrete" or so they say. Anyhow...they made no attempt to make it level at all and now I have a huge puddle that sits for weeks before it drys up.
I tried all kinds of legal stuff etc. Long story short, they wont fix it and I'm out of a lot of cash.
Is anyone familiar enough with this process to tell me how to repair it. No contractor I've called will even look at it. It has fake grout lines in it and it's painted to look kind of like pavers.
Thanks
