TANSTAFL. Free, probably not. But you could visit www.toyboxplans.com and get some ideas. I just did.

The first "sticky" thread in this forum has tons of links to free plans. Maybe there is one for a toy box. have a look through it.

Regardless of which plan you ultimately find/use, be sure to include the proper safety lid supports.
