Twice in the past 2 weeks, our safewatch pro 300 alarm went off in the middle of the night.
The display is flashing FC.
The display indicates AC and Not Ready.
What does this mean?
How do I clear it if it needs clearing?
I do not see anything in the manual.
thanx

The ADT versions of the manual tend to be skimpy. FC means "failure to communicate". If you are not actually being monitored, or even have live telco lines, you can easily turn off the dialer function so that it will stop trying to dial out.
If you are supposed to be monitored, then you need to check your telephone connection.
The "not ready" means that there is a zone open (press * to see which one).
This system is a clone of a Vista-20p system. Look through the archived threads on this forum. This system comes up frequently.
