No spark at plug end. Appears to not have correct pick up coil voltage which should be 2.0 volts I'm not reading any. Do you need a special adapter to read voltage with connectors made? Ohm reading for the ignition coil, pickup coil and signal coil are within range. Any suggestions?

I'm not really familiar with the 400 suzuki, but I'm thinking it has a C.D.I. ignition. If all the kill switches are known good & in the run position, you need a volt meter that can capture high volt readings. The coil that charges the capictor should make 350 volts & the trigger coil, maybe 20 volt. These are only for a second, with the engine cranking thus the need for a recording type voltmeter & these specs are a general number for a C.D.I. system. I don't know where you would find 2 volts on a C.D.I. unless you meen Ohms?? Good Luck, Roger
