I have a trane xe 90 furnace 1998, fan will not come on .diagnostic indicator flashes slow, or fast if heat comes on. Power vent fan, ac compressor, burners, all work, fan will not come on in on position, auto with burners on,auto with ac on. condensate line was pluged and water was dripping on various parts of furnace. what should I check next.

You're say that it won't come on as well with heat?
You try giving it a push with a stick to see if to go?
If it don't come on with heat as well, then go to the board and take a reading where the fan taps are. Fan ON read, between Cool and Com. In heating, read between Heat, and Com.
If you have power between these two, then the motor needs to be replaced.
