Hi,
We just purchased a direct vent zero clearance gas fireplace today for our basement. The basement is finished with carpet and I want to build a base for the fireplace to go on before the company comes to install the fireplace. What would be the easiest way to do this? I was thinking of a 4" base. The fireplace is 34" wide and it'll be installed in the corner of the basment. Any rough sketches would also be very helpful
