one room in my home gets extremely hot in the summer and cold in the winter
a/c ducts blows out about 56 degrees. keep all blinds closed have put tint on the windows still very hot

Do you have any return air ducts?
If not, how do you get the old air out?
What room is it it? - Upstairs, downstairs and do you have enough insulation?
