If I have my facts straight, when I order the Vista 20P, it is easier and/or necessary to have the 6160 keypad for programming.

I plan to have 3 keypads total. Is it necessary to have all 6160's or will 2 additional 6150's suffice? I would like for all the displays to be backlit and display zone faults in plain english on all keypads if they occur.

Thanks.

You need one 6160 to program. All others can be any other compatible keypad. If you want plain text for all zone indication, you have to have the 6160. The 6150 only displays the zone number with no other ID information.
