We have a home that is less than a year old and our master bath has a fiberglass tub with a non slip surface on the bottom that is already dirty even with regular-religious cleaning.

is there not a simple non-toxic method to easily remove the dark stains from the bottom?

we have used a variety of cleaners from abrasive scrubs to harsh cleaners containing bleach.

Please help.

Thank you

I use the Magic Eraser to clean the bottom of my tub (which also has the non-slip bottom like yours). It takes a little "elbow grease" but the Eraser does take the dirt out.
Good luck!!!

My wife swears by 'the works' and it seems to do a good job. She buys it at the dollar store.

The secret to maintaining fiberglass is to avoid abrasive and harsh cleaners as these tend to wear away the protective gel coat. It is also helpful to give cleaners like The Works time to dissolve the soil and scum. Spray shower floor with cleaner and let set while cleaning other bathroom surfaces. For textured surfaces, a soft brush can be helpful.
