We have a heat pump, I don't know much of anything about them but a friend has helped me in the past with electrical problems with them. We have been running our AC and it started blowing warm air. The unit comes on and blows air but its not cold.
Can anyone give me an idea where to start???

Is outside unit on ???? fan and compressor???? Is the big copper pipe cold and wet the small pipe warm to hot??? Breakers on and ok to outside unit???
Any ice or frost on the lines???? Air filter clean and new????
