Heat pump works when outside temp is above 70 dg, or when the humity level is 30 0r above. got any ideals inside temp is at 80 or above at times, blower works all the time when heat pump ? A/C is not working

Do you mean you cant get the AC till its 70o out side???? Is this a dual fuel set up??
