I had a mason rebuild the top 3 feet of my chimney. I said I should parge the part of the chimney that goes through the attic. I think he didn't want to work in the hot attic. I didn't think to ask him what type of cement to use. Is there special cement? Can I use mortar? What about something like Top & Bond? Thanks in advance Tim
