I'm having A problem with my GE washer 5 years old.It would in initially spin and after 2-3 minutes it would start to spin slowly but when I change the wash setting it would run again for 2-3 minutes and slow down again like having diffculty to turn.I tried it turning it on without clothes on it, but still have the same problem.Is it the motor or belt?

I posted a big story for another guy but I think its the drum brake assembly in the motor. Mine did the same thing and right now I'm looking for someone with the parts.
