In a previous project I used Lightolier recessed lighting with a baffle that hat a natural steel flange on the outside and a black inside (Lightolier 1005NM).
It looks like that this model is now hard to get and goes for $50.- (baffle only).
Are there other manufacturers with similar models?

You may not be able to find one that is listed for use with the housing you have installed.
Perhaps you could spray paint the flanges?
