The oil pump for this saw is located on the crankshaft behind the flywheel. If you do a google search with the 11-600035-18 model number for a Mac 3615 under chainsaw part you may find a site that has a parts breakdown. try this one ( http://wssemw.arinet.com/scripts/EmpartISAPI.dll?MF&app=EWSS&session=b6d8e7cc-7614-4ad9-a718-bcf4a5e45345&cat=24&TF=epcFrame&assem=762&highlightNode=No&selAssem=2928&mdDescrip=11-600035-18%20MAC%203516%2006/93%20to%2005/96%20IPL%20211318 ) Have fun. Your line could be plugged or you have lost the pump or drive gear.

I am having the exact same problem, the saw is awesome around the house and have tried cleaning and blowing the line out,so far NO luck! It runs great and hate throwing it away jus for that. If I can see a diagram I can probably fix it.
