I have recently installed two new lighting applicence, but at first they worked and then after few hours they filcked and you can hear buzzing sound, then i truned them off. then swited it back on, but they will not work. So i decided to check the bulb but they were okey. I have a strong feeling that it could be wire, but haven't extactally checked or fues might have blown.
But if it was the fues then sector would have completley be shutdown (would it?)...

If it were the fuses or breaker then everything else on the same circuit would be out, and there would be no buzzing. That may or may not be everything else in the area. You should know what is on the same breaker or fuse.
I suspect that you did not properly make the connections in the box where the light connects, and they have failed or are failing. They need to be checked.
How exactly did you make them? Tell us the ENTIRE story.
