Hi, I am new to the forum. I have an ongoing problem. Ever since our house was built, we have had problems with the ac cooling two rooms right next to each other. The rest of the house is fine. It feels it is always 10 degrees warmer. Funny that this side is in the shade too. I have looked at the ducting in the attic and it looks ok. If someone has some suggestings I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Im with Matt. Do the doors pull shut if say open about 2" when the blower comes on. Then you need cold air returns in the rooms or cut the bottom of the door off some.

What kind of air flow are you getting from the diffuser? Maybe the unit has dampers in the plenum and they are not opening. If you are getting good flow from the diffuser then a return is probably needed
