I can't find a definitive answer in the little instruction book that cam with the unit. I've got the cooling schedule set up. What I'd like is for the furnace fan for the A/C on auto when the compressor is running. I'd like the fan to run on low when the compressor is off. This'll keep the upstairs and downstairs temperature more consistent. I know I can cycle the fan on the thermostat but don't know if it goes to auto when the A/C kicks in. Thanks.

Or in a nutshell, you really want to know if the fanspeed goes back to high speed when the compressor kicks back on - if you leave the stat set to "fan on" all the time. That is a good question I'd like to know myself. One I've never given much thought to, and I don't know if that occurs naturally or not. You'd think it would. But I'm not sure if it does .If you don't get your answer here, I'm going to find out. I hobknob with HVAC, appliance, electrician and master plumbing guys.
I just got off the phone with my HVAC guy and he said normally they are set up to run the fan at a/c high speed and that is the speed it would stay during the "fan on" setting. But he said you may be able to have it wired to do what you want. Now this is something else he said: He said sometimes, depending on the ton(s) unit in a given size dwelling, he sets it all to meduim speed because he said some units call for only 800 cfm's, and if you exceed that you lose the efficiency of the a/c, as you ALSO would if you went too slow of cfm's, as that would cause problems like you'd have if you had a clogged up furnace filter.
Others here might weigh in on this.

Thanks. I haven't found out yet if it can be done through their thermostat in the programmed settings. My guess is that it can't.

Infinity Controller Carrier / Evolution Controller Bryant.
to Answer your question:
The controller will control the fan speed while in cooling or heating mode through the comfort setting. The Continuous fan Speed is for the speed of the fan when Cooling and heating is not being called. Low is a good speed for continuous flow.
When the installers set up your controller,
There is a default setting of Fan Coil or Furnace "Comfort" this allows the cooling air flow to be varied depending on Temperature and Humidity. Normally this is never changed only unless a customer wants a different setting.
If it is set to Efficiency it will only run at one speed to achieve specified ratings roughly around 350cfm/ton
If it set to Maximum it runs at 400cfm per ton
You want this on default, COMFORT.
Next Dehum Air Flow
Factory set is default NORMAL - air flow is allowed to adjust to minimum to satisfy the dehumidification call.
High - Minimum air flow is increased to reduce duct and register sweating
As long as these two things were left in default you should be OK.
Enjoy the Infinity/Evolution Controllers this is what separates these systems from it's competition.

Thanks, Dave. I've set it as you suggested.
