I have a Lennox Heat Pump. The outside unit started cutting off, no fan,
no compressor--fuses ect all ok. I called service and they moved some
of the wires inside the outside unit (from thermostat) where they attach
to the circuit board....Started working.. ($90)-in 2 days it quit again...I kicked it
and it stared again...quit in hours so I opened the panel and moved the
wires and then it ran for 2 weeks. Now the fan runs(outside), but the compressor doesn't run... tapped on the wires and it spontaneously ran
but no specific wire seems to be causing the problem... Should I suspect
the circuit board? or maybe a sensor?? Thanks for any help... Lizerd

Id call the tech back that worked on it for sure. Tell him to find out whats whats and fix it. You paid for it. He'd have to check out the board and wires in the unit.
