I seem to be having trouble finding a whole house humidfier that doesn't have to work off of a cold air return...as mine doesn't have one. The wood furnace has a blower that forces air around the fire box and up the plume to the ductwork. I live in a log home, so humidification is essential, my oak flooring is developing gaps from the lack of moisture. I've brought a few home improv store models home, but they never seem like they will work on my system. I've tried the desertaire brand, but it definately wouldn't work as it needed to be hooked to a cold air return. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Any fan powered unit like Honeywell 365, or Apirlaire 700. They are made to be on the supply side.
