i am building a dual fluorescent 24" 17W light in an empty box. i have a 120v 60 Hz RL-2SP20-TP ballast built for the two lights. i am using a common houseold light switch. i need help! do i have the right things?

And what is the box made of? I have a visual fear of cardboard, and old high school experiments in the '60's that would make OSHA blush.

IMO i think it will be much easier just buy the strip fixure and put in the box but before you do that what kind of box you are talking about ????
