I noticed water leaking a while back and now the blower is filling with water and is obviously not cooling. I am assuming the pan is leaking.

It is a vertical handler with the blower on the bottom. There is no access panel to remove the evaporator and the lines are too short to pull it out without chopping the copper lines even if I could get to it.
Any ideas?

Thanks
David

If you have not already done so, make sure the drain line is clear of any obstructions. One of the easiest & best ways to do this is to connect a wet/dry vac to the outlet of the drain pipe & suck out anything you can.
If this fails to cure the problem, it's time to call a service person. Even if they can't get a factory drain pan, any decent sheet metal shop can make one. I just picked up one today I had made out of stainless. Should never have to replace that pan again.
