FK4CNF001 to be exact
Part number is CES0130035-00
I am pretty sure that the relay/circuit board on my blower is bad
The fan tries to start, like the switch is being bumped, but wont kick in
If I disconnect the thermostat this stops, ir also stops when I set the thermostat to a higher temp. This tells me that the t-stat is working
Where can I find this part and how much should it be
When I google the numbers I get a PDF file of the manual that I already have a hard copy of

Does the motor hum? I suggest you measure the voltage at the motor. If OK, your problem may be a bad capacitor or bad motor. If voltage is not OK, then I would suspect the board.

I'm still waitng for my friend to come over with the meter
I would not say that the motor hums
It thumps, like one of those boom cars at a redlight) and the motor tries to start for a second
It will do this repeatedly until i pull the main disconnect
