Anyone have much experience with these ductless system? Might add on which would stress my central air. Was thinking of one of these rather than install larger unit.

Thanks

I am not clear what you are tryng to come from?

You want to add more cooling to your current A/C system? Or is there an addtion added to the home?

The ductless systems I have used have been excellent choices for smaller single room areas. They run quieter than a through the wall unit and do a fair job of air distribution. Drainage is critical because their cases don't contain much room for water to pool. In my market they are very expensive. You may find that if your ductwork will support it, a larger conventional unit may actually be cheaper.
