I rebuilt my B%S 12.5 Engine model 282707-0116 and I can't remember where to connect the black wire from the coil. I was able to start it and shut it off by grounding this wire but I need to hook it up properly. Can anyone give pointer where to connect this black wire with a small ring terminal at one end.

usually you connect the black wire from the coil to the connector on the throttle control plate. Most of these plates have a clip the wire goes into and some even will ground out the coil when the throttle is pulled past low idle.

Look around where throttle cable hooks to engine, there will be a kill switch located in that area. Wire hooks to it. There will be a wire coming from key switch that goes to one side of kill switch.
